We’re now looking for a Fashion Consultant Client Relations who can be the perfect blend of style advisor, client handler, and sales expert.Your Role at a Glance
You’ll be the first voice our clients hear and the last impression they remember.
From handling queries to closing sales, from styling sessions to post-delivery follow-ups – you’ll guide clients through their entire bespoke journey with warmth, confidence, and creativity.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in Tailorworks’ bespoke tailoring services
- Actively listen and understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations
- Explain the brand’s offerings, services, fabric options, and design process clearly and persuasively
- Convert queries into qualified leads by effectively guiding clients through the consultation and booking process
- Provide style recommendations tailored to the client’s body type, occasion, and personal taste
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and repeat business
- Upsell and cross-sell during consultations and follow-ups
- Regularly engage with past clients through calls and messages for new collection previews and reorders
- Follow up with leads and past clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions
- Address queries, concerns, and feedback related to fittings, delivery timelines, or garment care
- Coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth delivery, alterations, and customer satisfaction
We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in fashion retail, client service, luxury sales,client relation.
Excellent communication skills (both Hindi & English) with a warm, persuasive toneConfident in handling client calls, guiding them with empathy and expertiseStrong sense of style and knowledge of fabrics, tailoring techniques, and fashion trendsProactive, organized, and target-driven mindsetA people person – comfortable dealing with HNI clients, fashion-savvy customers, and high-pressure situationsGood to Have
Experience working in premium / luxury fashion or lifestyle brandsFamiliarity with CRM tools and lead tracking platformsFashion education or styling background is a bonus
