Job Description

• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and update privacy-related policies and procedures.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on data protection matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies for privacy concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to privacy standards.
• Manage data breach incidents and oversee reporting requirements.
• Monitor changes in privacy laws and ensure timely updates to policies.
• Support training initiatives to enhance privacy awareness across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

• 3 to 5 Years' experience in privacy, data protection, or IT law
• Strong knowledge of India data protection laws and familiarity with global privacy laws

Certifications :

• CISA / CISM / CISSP / ISO 27001 / ISO 27701 (Anyone)
• CIPT / CIPM / CIPP / Internal Auditor certification (Preferred)
