Key Responsibilities :

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance :

• Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines, Companies Act, PMLA, FIU-IND, and other applicable NBFC regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations; ensure timely implementation of required changes.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns, filings, and responses to authorities.
• Liaise and coordinate with RBI and other regulators during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
