Our Parseq team is looking for a Change manager who can join immediately!

Job Title : Change Manager / Consultant

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Location : Mumbai (Malad or Thane)

Job Type : Full-time (6 days working, Rotational shift with comp off)

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply basic knowledge of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Manage the authorization, scheduling, and review of changes within the organization to ensure minimal disruption to services.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to validate and assess changes received in the Change Management queue.
• Ensure all change activities are conducted within the defined scope of the Change Management process.
• Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports on change activities, including SLA adherence and metrics tracking.
• Support internal and external communication efforts related to scheduled and emergency changes.
• Actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other change review meetings to evaluate risk, impact, and readiness of proposed changes.
