Customer Success Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer of mobile accessories and electronic products, is searching for an experience Customer Success Manager. She will lead and manage team performance, drive process improvement initiatives, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver high-priority tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the organizations operational efficiency and business objectives.

Location : Mumbai Central

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

CTC : 12-15 Lacs per annum

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Masters preferred)

She should have an experience in team management, process improvement, or similar roles

She should be carrying strong analytical and problem-solving skills

She should be proficiency in MS Office and relevant reporting tools

She should carry an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
