THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer – Azure to design and scale cloud-native data platforms for enterprise AI adoption. You'll leverage Microsoft's data ecosystem to enable RAG pipelines, AI observability, and agent-ready data systems .

Key Responsibilities

Architect data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks on Azure.

Manage data lakes with ADLS Gen2 and optimize data warehouse workloads.

Implement streaming solutions using Event Hubs, Kafka, or Azure Stream Analytics.

Design governance and lineage frameworks with Purview.

Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-ready datasets for Vision AI and AgentOps workflows.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with Azure Well-Architected practices.

Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years in data engineering with 3+ years in Azure data services.

Strong experience in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks.

Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, Python / Scala.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI / CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform).

Familiarity with ML / AI data workflows and compliance-driven environments.

Azure Data Engineer Associate or Architect certification preferred.
