Job descriptionProven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper Strong expertise in Zoho Books (required) Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with other Zoho Finance apps (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll, etc.) Knowledge of tax filing processes
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth bookkeeping operations within Zoho.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial entries in Zoho Books
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Handle invoices, bills, payments, and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Identify process improvements within the accounting workflow
