Fiori is looking for a senior mixologist who will report to the restaurant manager in a busy
restaurant bar, to deliver a high volume of well executed classics and signatures. Apart from
this, a large portion of work will also revolve around research, development and execution of
new recipes. The ideal candidate must possess a mindset of continuous growth, be creative and
understand the importance of upholding good bar culture.
Fiori places heavy importance on a dynamic cocktail menu. You will be exposed to new
ingredients, techniques, recipes frequently, while collaborating with other reputed mixologists.
This would contribute to growing your learning and professional landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Ensure the bar is fully stocked, set up, and operational on time as per SOPs.
2. Lead the preparation of cocktail components like batches, mixers, cordials, and syrups.
3. Oversee inventory management, including requisitions and restocking of bar items.
4. Control and maintain in-use stock inventory across all beverage outlets.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine lists, and bar setups.
6. Ensure adherence to grooming and uniform standards in line with company policies.
7. Provide exceptional, friendly, and welcoming service to elevate the guest experience.
8. Innovate and pioneer new cocktail recipes, ensuring the menu stays dynamic and
exciting.
Pre-requisites :
1. Hotel management graduate / Bar school graduate.
2. Robust knowledge and execution experience on cocktail techniques including molecular.
3. Robust knowledge on spirits.
4. 2-3 year of experience in well known bars or restaurants
5. A constant knack to learn.
6. Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.
