Description : About The Role :
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll management and talent acquisition within the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on with KEKA HRMS and comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management through KEKA HRMS.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR data, employee records, and reports accurately.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, exits, documentation, and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate internal communications.
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are adhered 23 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (mandatory).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for digital / creative roles.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
