Pre-Sales Calling Executive (Junior Role)

Experience : 0–2 Years

Location : Work From Home

Industry : Citizenship & Residency by Investment / International Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Pre-Sales Calling Executive to join our team. This is a junior role ideal for someone who is confident on calls, has good English, and is eager to grow in the international immigration and residency industry.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and setting up meetings for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the company
  • Introduce clients to our Citizenship & Residency by Investment programs (Greek Golden Visa, FIP, DNV, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and understand their requirements
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the senior consultants
  • Maintain lead records and update the CRM daily
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Required Skills

  • Good spoken and written English communication
  • Setting up meetings & Business development
  • Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking to high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to understand and explain our residency / investment programs - training will be provided (training will be provided)
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM entry, follow-up tracking)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation
  • 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
