Install, configure and customise NECSWS products and solutions Owner / author of the implementation plan Main liaison channel with Client to manage the expectations for acceptance and implementation into a live environment, including agreeing acceptance criteria, overall strategy and approach. Become product implementation expert on designated NECSWS products Produce Work Plans for customer (task by task prior plan of deployment work in each environment) Produce Site (Visit) Reports for customer (summary of work delivered in each environment after delivery of Work Plan) Provide consultancy to install and configure NECSWS solutions onto customers infrastructure / hardware Maintain effective working relationships with customer and NECSWS colleagues Ensuring all strategies, targets and objectives related to implementation are understood by key stakeholders and the development team. Actively involved in decision making regarding implementation planning. Key interface with Project manager to agree mutually acceptable decisions to resolve any issues Liaise with the NECSWS Project Manager to ensure implementation is to specified scope, and budgets and timescales are met. Carrying out implementation activities in accordance with the overall project plan.Internal Project-related activities as directed by the Project manager or Implementation Team manager, including supporting Development, Client Services, and QA activities. Hands-on project-based deployment and configuration activities.
