Job Summary :
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for residential and / or commercial real estate projects. The role focuses on expanding the companys customer base, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, tele-calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals
 - Build and maintain a database of potential clients (investors, home buyers, corporates, etc.)
 
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about available projectsMaintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert inquiries into salesSales
Prepare and present proposals quotations and agreementsNegotiate and close deals with potential buyersMarket Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferencesProvide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and promotional strategiesCoordination & Reporting
Coordinate with pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports to managementUpdate client data and interactions in CRM softwareQualifications & Skills :
Bachelors degree in any stream13 years of experience in business development / sales, preferably in the real estate sectorExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer orientation and persuasion abilitiesProficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communicationKnowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantageAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsPreferred Attributes :
