Job Summary :

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for residential and / or commercial real estate projects. The role focuses on expanding the companys customer base, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting overall growth objectives.

Location : Thrissur

Gender : Female

Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, tele-calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients (investors, home buyers, corporates, etc.)

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about available projects
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
  • Sales

  • Prepare and present proposals quotations and agreements
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers
  • Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports to management
  • Update client data and interactions in CRM software
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in any stream
  • 13 years of experience in business development / sales, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • Presentable, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Prior experience in handling luxury or premium real estate projects (optional)
