Role Overview

Altre Build Tech is seeking a highly skilled Architect (3D Visualization Specialist) with strong proficiency in creating photo-realistic renders, walkthroughs, and design visualizations for large-format corporate interior projects.

The ideal candidate will bring an artistic eye, technical expertise, and attention to detail to translate architectural concepts and workplace designs into immersive, high-quality visuals that communicate design intent with impact.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for corporate and commercial interior projects.
Develop realistic material textures, lighting, and environment settings for presentation-ready outputs.
Collaborate closely with the design and architecture teams to interpret concepts accurately.
Assist in preparing presentation boards, storyboards, and visual narratives for client reviews.
Maintain and update visualization libraries of materials, furniture, and lighting assets.
Work with design leads to ensure all visuals align with project branding, finishes, and specifications.
Deliver renderings within project timelines and ensure revisions are handled efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / 3D Visualization or related field.

Experience : 4–8+ years in architectural visualization for commercial or workplace interiors.

Portfolio : Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing renders, walkthroughs, and conceptual visualizations.

Technical Skills

Primary Software : SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Corona, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Preferred Add-ons : Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, After Effects (for animations and post-production).

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and rendering optimization.

Personal Attributes

Keen eye for detail, lighting, and composition.

Creative, disciplined, and responsive to feedback.

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate closely with design teams while working independently on tight deadlines.
