About The Opportunity
A fast-growing company in the enterprise technology sector building cloud-native SaaS products and digital workplace solutions. We serve distributed teams and global customers, and are hiring a remote HR professional to scale talent operations across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : source, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and close offers for technical and non-technical roles.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes including offer documentation, joining formalities, induction scheduling, and exit clearance.
- Operate HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate employee records, benefits administration, and timely payroll coordination with vendors.
- Ensure statutory compliance for India (PF, ESIC, labour regulations) and maintain up-to-date HR documentation and audit readiness.
- Prepare HR metrics and weekly / monthly reports (hiring funnel, attrition, headcount) to support people leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and performance appraisal administration.
