Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remote Tech Support Executive (USA) located in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers through various communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customers' queries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring prompt issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively liaise with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Solid experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to fast-paced situations
  • Relevant certifications or experience in IT support or customer service are advantageous
