Job Description – Dot NET Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled

.NET Technical Lead

with 7+ years of hands-on development experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

.NET Core, MVC 5, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery , with strong knowledge of Git, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. Exposure to Sitecore, Umbraco, React, or NextJS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET web applications.

Drive architectural decisions ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Mentor and guide developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.

Oversee project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality through TDD.

Collaborate with stakeholders, perform impact analysis, and adopt emerging technologies.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT with strong communication and leadership skills.
