Required 2+ Years Experienced Procurement Domain Candidates to move to SAP

We MiNdLiNkS IT Consulting are looking for Any Procurement Domain experienced resources having 6 to 12 years of experience and willing work from home (WFH) in a reputed MNC in a permanent position and by Upskilling with SAP Cloud Ariba. This is a WORKBENCH Hiring Program, where we train you and let you to work in our internal project, which is Task-Based and Role-Specific Upskilling-UpHiring Program and we hire for our US, UAE and Australian MNC Clients under the 90 DAYS UPHIRING Program, which is SAP Authorised Certification Assisted. We have a continuous requirements on SAP Ariba for Fresher and experienced resources. These are Permanent Positions and 100% of salary hike will be provided at minimum and joining bonus will be a plus. Monday to Friday and IST hours are preferred to work. Having minimum graduation and good communicational skills and team working spirit is added advantage. HR and Recruitment Domain is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Ariba Implementation & Configuration :

  • Participate in the implementation of Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
  • Configure and customize Ariba solutions based on business requirements.

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design :

  • Gather and analyze requirements from clients or stakeholders to develop functional specifications.
  • Design and recommend solutions that leverage SAP Ariba functionalities effectively.

    • Integration & Support :

  • Assist with integration between Ariba and other enterprise systems, such as SAP ERP.
  • Provide support for Ariba interfaces, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

    • Training & Documentation :

  • Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Develop user manuals and documentation for implemented solutions.

    • Process Improvement :

  • Work with clients to understand their procurement processes and recommend best practices.
  • Analyze existing business processes and suggest optimization opportunities to improve procurement efficiency using Ariba.

    • Supplier Management & Contracting :

  • Support supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, and management using Ariba Supplier Management.
  • Facilitate contract lifecycle management, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

    • Requirements :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, and Supplier Management.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Experience with Ariba integration using middleware like SAP PI / PO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC or SAP S / 4HANA and integration points with Ariba.

    • Functional Knowledge :

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

    • Communication & Client Interaction :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide guidance on SAP Ariba solutions.
