We operate in a really exciting space, do really great things, and produce really great work - our impact changes the world!Day-to-day tasks (including but not limited to) : Providing top-notch support to our Chairman on a daily basisMastering extensive diary management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference callsSetting up meetingsPreparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutesLeading the planning process for and keeping a forward-thinking calendar of important upcoming events and tasksDrafting correspondence, preparing and updating essential documents as neededPerforming data entry and other administrative tasks as requiredProviding administrative support to other departments as neededYouProven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environmentMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in working with UK clients / leadership teams is preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage schedules, email inboxes, expenses, and travel arrangementsProficient in using G Suite, Word, Excel, and other relevant softwareAbility to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to manage time efficiently and multi-taskFlexible to communicate through multiple mediums like WhatsApp, slack, etc
