Job descriptionBuild and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and real-time inference systems. Architect scalable data platforms integrating internal and external data sources. Develop CI / CD pipelines, versioning, and monitoring frameworks for ML models. Deploy models via APIs, batch inference systems, and cloud-native platforms (AWS / Azure). Ensure adherence to model governance, bias detection, and explainability frameworks. Champion security, scalability, and compliance in AI design. Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions for underwriting, claims, and operations. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation. Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI accelerators and strategic initiatives. Programming & Tools : Strong in Python, SQL, Pandas / NumPy; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. MLOps & Cloud : Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes; exposure to AWS / Azure ML services. Data Systems : Understanding of data pipelines, Spark / Hadoop, and real-time feature stores. GenAI & NLP : Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and intelligent document processing. Governance : Awareness of responsible AI, explainability, and model lifecycle management. Mindset : Analytical thinker, proactive learner, and collaborative problem-solver. The Position
We are building the future of insurance with AI. Join our India Digital Innovation Unit to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform underwriting, claims, and operational efficiency for a leading global insurer. We invite AI Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers across 3 to 15 years of experience — from hands-on model builders to AI platform architects — to be part of our high-impact journey.
