We’re Hiring : Senior Associate / AVP – Structured Finance & Syndication
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 2–5 years
Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance)
We are looking for a driven professional to join our Structured Finance & Syndication team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end debt syndication for NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs
- Work across structured products – NCDs, PTCs, Direct Assignments
- Prepare high-quality teasers, pitchbooks and presentations
- Support deal structuring, modelling, documentation and execution
- Coordinate with investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel etc.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across the FI ecosystem
