About the Role

The Executive Human Resources role is pivotal in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring alignment with our business goals. This position will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.

Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Lead performance management and succession planning processes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Payroll & Attendance Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.

Experience :

Required 2- 4 Years of Experience in Healthcare sector.

Required Skills

Proven experience in a HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
