Position : Senior HR Manager (Tech & Employee Excellence)
Location : GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Reports to : Company Leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment, including lateral and sourcing top talent from target colleges and technical institutions.
- Establish and manage strong relationships with campus placement cells and recruitment partners.
- Oversee onboarding of developers, QA, system administrators, support, DevOps, and project management professionals.
- Employee Performance & Engagement
- Design and implement robust performance management frameworks tailored for a high-performance, agile software environment.
- Drive regular performance reviews, feedback cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives for all team members.
- Build and execute strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction across teams.
- Performance Improvement & Retention
- Identify talent development needs and coordinate upskilling or performance improvement plans.
- Develop and monitor retention programs to reduce attrition, enhance job satisfaction, and foster career progression.
- Resource Planning & Organizational Development
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and optimize resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Analyze team structures and recommend adjustments aligned with business goals and technological advancements.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update company HR policies related to recruitment, employee conduct, hybrid / remote work, compensation, leave, and disciplinary action.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local and international employment law.
- Champion a culture of inclusiveness, transparency, and meritocracy.
- Employee Relations & Welfare
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote work-life balance initiatives and foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture.
- Ability to build and grow the team.
Requirements
3+ years of proven track record in leading HR and talent functions for technology-driven organizations.Deep experience with tech hiring, including college-level recruitment & developer pipelines.Expertise in designing and managing performance management, employee retention, resource planning, and legal compliance frameworks.Strong understanding of offshore, onshore team dynamics, and familiarity with global HR policies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; additional certifications (SHRM / PHR) are a plus.What We Offer
