About us

We recruit and place teaching and support staff with US schools. We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultants who can source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for U.S. school roles while maintaining compliance and excellent candidate care.

What you’ll do

• Source qualified teachers and school staff (K–12) through job boards, social channels, referrals, and candidate databases.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, visas / eligibility, certifications, and right-to-work documentation for U.S. placements.
• Conduct phone / video interviews, assess cultural fit, and prepare CVs and candidate summaries for client submission.
• Coordinate interview schedules with U.S. clients and manage feedback / offer processes during US hours.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance checks are completed.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for recurring needs and urgent vacancies.
• Hit weekly / monthly submission and placement KPIs.
