Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Area Manager in the food & beverage industry, located in Mumbai. The Retail Area Manager will oversee the performance of multiple retail outlets, ensure sales targets are met, and manage staff effectively. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring store operations, implementing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, conducting performance evaluations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement in store processes.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent Analytical Skills for examining sales data and identifying trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with both customers and store staff
• Experience in Retail and Sales to manage multiple outlets and meet sales targets
• Previous management experience in the food & beverage industry is highly beneficial
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools is an added advantage
