Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) / Kronos implementation projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise HCM, WFM, or ERP implementations, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead UKG Pro WFM / Kronos implementation projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
  • Manage full project lifecycle — planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
  • Coordinate between functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive requirements workshops, solution validation, and integration touchpoints with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation (SOWs, timelines, risk registers, test plans, etc.).
  • Conduct status reviews, stakeholder presentations, and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
  • Manage third-party vendors and offshore teams for development and support activities.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal leadership for project-related matters.

⚙️ Technical & Functional Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of UKG Pro (UltiPro) or Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions modules – Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll integrations.
  • Experience with system integrations (API, SFTP, HRIS, ERP, or Payroll systems).
  • Understanding of data migration, configuration, and testing in UKG / Kronos environments.
  • Familiar with Agile / Waterfall methodologies, Jira, and MS Project.
  • Experience in managing ERP / HCM / WFM cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience working with UK, US, or global clients in the workforce domain.
  • Prior experience in People Tech, HR Tech, or ERP product environments.
