- Fluent in English communication, in both written and spoken.
- Fast learner, team player and has sense of urgency.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Experienced with seasonal color, trend and theme research and interpretation with market & competitor understanding
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, follows procedures & should have Ability to multi-task

Brief Overview of the role :
Person having relevant experience & expertise in footwear category management with focus on Local product development from concept to production for all genders. Lead the assignment category management from 360-degree overview and taking ownership of the GM deliverables.

Drive and further build the category PAN IndiaSeason range planning and assortment building with experience in range development with India factoriesCandidate needs to possess skills to lead the product development & buying requirement with Local sourcing teamUnderstand the dynamics of each business – Retail, MBO, Distribution & Ecommerce to strengthen the businessSupport in new Product development for key channels / partnersSell through & Mark down managementAgreed GM% deliverables for the categoryConducting season product conference / partner presentationsPlanning for End of season sale along with Buying ManagerOwnership of managing season deliveries for the respective categoryCreating season buy forms / assortment building & catalogues for each channelPerform periodic in-depth analysis w.r.t store performance at region & store grade, category level, gender level, style & size levelSupporting Marketing calendar and key marketing initiatives for seasonConducting Product training and building product knowledge within store staff
