Digital Colorist

We’re looking for a Video Colorist with 4–5 years of experience who can take raw footage and transform it into cinematic, emotionally resonant visuals. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of mood, and a passion for storytelling through colour.

What You’ll Own

• Colour Grading & Enhancement : Bring footage to life by balancing and enhancing hues, contrast, and tones to achieve cinematic quality.
• Creative Collaboration : Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and directors to ensure the colour aligns with the story and mood of each project.
• Style & Experimentation : Experiment with looks and grading styles, adapting to different projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Technical Excellence : Ensure all graded footage meets technical standards for delivery, including broadcast and digital platforms.
• Workflow Contribution : Suggest improvements to colour grading pipelines, LUTs, and post-production processes for efficiency and consistency.
