Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Principal Software Engineer. The Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable back-end solutions, writing efficient code, and utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality software standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• 7-12 years experience in Node.js
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or care management industry is a plus
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
