Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Associate located in Perundurai, Erode Tamil Nadu, India. The Process Associate will handle various operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of business processes. This includes managing documentation, performing data analysis, and ensuring compliance with procedures. The role also involves contacting clients to conduct surveys and gather information.

  • Outbound calling to HR departments (US)
  • Conduct structured surveys
  • Maintain call logs & data entries
