Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Scientific Positioning
- Define long-term scientific positioning and strategic direction for brands across lifecycle stages
- Identify evidence gaps and guide publication planning, KOL engagement, and CME strategy
- Monitor competitor landscape, emerging science, and market trends to inform brand decisions
- Request and interpret brand plans and SWOT analyses to shape content strategy and messaging
Content Development
Develop and manage scientific content for HCPs, patients, and internal teamsPlan in-clinic marketing assets : visual aids, LBLs, case-profilers, newsletters, re-writing articles, product monographs, patient education materials, etc.Define content themes and messaging for each edition of multi-part campaignsStrategize pre-launch content, clinical study inputs, and educational toolsEnsure scientific accuracy, compliance, and audience relevance across all deliverablesHCP Engagement Strategy
Design and execute HCP engagement plans beyond the clinic :Clinical studies, publications, advisory boards, conferencesDigital marketing : emailers, webcasts, webpages, apps, social media, videos, byte-sized contentLead HCP-to-HCP engagement formats : webinars, CMEs, focus groups, congress sessions, podcastsPatient Engagement Strategy
Develop patient education content and tools tailored to literacy and emotional needsPlan public awareness campaigns, support group materials, and social media outreachCollaborate with creative teams to ensure empathy-driven, compliant messagingClient Interaction & Project Leadership
