Job descriptionMinimum 1 year experience negotiating with U.S. carriers or handling drayage loads. Comfortable working night shift (5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST). Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Competitive base salary ₹25 000 – ₹40 000 + commission. Excellent commission for candidates with an active book of business.

What You’ll Do
- Negotiate rates and secure drayage moves across major U.S. ports and rail yards.
- Track containers and coordinate with dispatch and customer teams.
- Manage carrier relationships and handle load boards efficiently.
- Work closely with the U.S. operations team to ensure timely delivery.
