Principal Backend Engineer, Infrastructure

We’re looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and help us design, build, and operate large-scale, high-performance, cloud-native infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities :

Architect Kubernetes clusters and drive automation for provisioning, scaling, and upgrades.

Develop cost optimization strategies for cloud services and infrastructure utilization.

Build internal platform services (e.g., CI / CD pipelines, observability stacks) for use by engineering teams across the company.

Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, or CDK for reproducible and auditable infrastructure changes.

Experience :

8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.

Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure —AWS, GCP, or Azure—with deep hands-on experience.

Strong background in Kubernetes architecture and operations (schedulers, K8s internals).

Experience building internal developer platforms, control planes, or service frameworks.

Fluent in modern scripting and programming languages—Go, or Python.

Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and CI / CD tools.

Experience with infra / security compliance in production-grade environments (e.g., PCI, SOC 2, ISO).
