Darshh Builders is expanding its digital footprint and seeking a skilled Website Designer & Developer with strong UI / UX expertise to design and maintain our high-end real estate landing pages, project microsites, and company website.

This role requires someone who can blend aesthetics, performance, and user experience into a premium interface that reflects our luxury brand identity.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop a modern, responsive, premium website for Darshh Builders

Create project-specific landing pages , portfolio sections, and enquiry funnels

Build visually rich UI components inspired by luxury real-estate global brands

Conduct research to understand user behavior and design intuitive UX flows

Ensure fast performance , SEO-friendly structure, and mobile optimisation

Integrate features like :

Lead forms & CRM integration

Project showcase galleries

Before / after sliders

3D render sections

Interactive site progress updates

Work with our branding team to maintain consistent color palette, fonts & layouts

Manage regular updates, maintenance, bug fixes, and improvements

Deliver a clean, polished, luxury-focused UI experience

Requirements Proven experience in Website Design + Development (portfolio required)

Strong understanding of UI / UX principles , user psychology, and digital journeys

Expertise in :

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

WordPress / Webflow / React (any two preferred)

Figma / Adobe XD for UI / UX

Landing page optimisation tools

Ability to convert architectural 3D renders, plans, and brochures into elegant online pages

Strong sense of luxury design aesthetics

Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines

Must have experience designing for premium brands / real estate / architecture (preferred)
