Role : Identity Systems Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Identity Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint IdentityNow . The role involves implementing and supporting identity lifecycle processes, access governance, and integrations with enterprise systems to ensure security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityNow for provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and governance.

Manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, role-based access control).

Conduct access governance activities , including certifications and compliance reviews.

Develop and manage integrations / connectors with core applications and platforms.

Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for IAM tools (SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure AD).

Document processes, generate reports, and assist in operational transition.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or User Lifecycle Management (ULM) .

Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow (implementation, configuration, workflows, policies).

Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD .

Experience with PowerShell scripting and database platforms (SQL, Azure SQL, JDBC).

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth for integrations.

Understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and identity governance best practices.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

IAM / ULM certifications.

Broader IT Security experience.
