Business Finance Lead

Job descriptionLead end- to- end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across geographies and functions. Manage annual and rolling forecasts for 12- month and 3- year horizons. Present financial models and scenario planning to aid business decisions. Continuously improve the planning process for speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Monitor and improve gross margins, unit economics, and CAC / LTV across. Drive initiatives to optimize costs, improve working capital, and support EBITDA goals. Identify areas for automation and process improvement within revenue and cost tracking. Deliver insightful monthly and ad- hoc performance reports. Analyze key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Create executive- ready analysis packs across historical and projected timelines. Drive strategic recommendations backed by numbers. Develop high- quality board and investor decks aligned with business priorities. Translate financial data into narratives for senior stakeholders. Support CEO / CFO with robust data during board meetings and investor calls. High- visibility role with direct exposure to CXOs and senior leadership. Ownership & autonomy to lead strategic initiatives and shape business outcomes. Cross- functional collaboration across product, finance, operations, and strategy. Learning- rich environment with complex business problems and high- impact mandates.

The organisation is in an exciting growth phase, strengthening its leadership team and building robust internal functions. It offers a dynamic, fast- paced, innovation- driven environment with strong backing from reputed investors. The company is now hiring a Business Finance Lead to drive all business finance functions, support strategic decision- making, and partner closely with senior leadership to enable 5- 8 years in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech- enabled businesses.
- CA / MBA / CFA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in dashboards, BI tools, and Excel / Google Sheets for FP&A.
- Exposure to pricing, sales incentives, and margin analysis in a recurring revenue environment is a plus.
