Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures in a commercial building environment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to ensure smooth functioning.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing-related issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts such as valves, pipes, faucets, pumps, and filters.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the Facility Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, plumbing codes, and company policies during all work.
• Coordinate with other maintenance teams for smooth operation of building facilities.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies to minimize downtime and damage.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of plumbing systems and WTP / RO equipment.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, materials, and spare parts.
