Social Media Manager

Skillmate, a fast-growing marketing agency based in Indiranagar, Bangalore , is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our clients’ digital presence across platforms. This role involves planning, creating, and executing engaging content while actively managing multiple social media handles.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, digital trends, and campaign execution with proven experience in the healthcare sector .

Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goals.

Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Content Creation & Curation

Create compelling content including graphics, captions, reels, videos, and stories.

Maintain an editorial calendar for consistent posting across platforms.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to deliver diverse content formats.

Brand Building & Community Engagement

Build strong social media presence for healthcare and other industry clients.

Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally and promptly.

Foster online communities and explore influencer partnerships.

Campaigns & Promotions

Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns for product launches, offers, and events.

Work closely with internal teams to align with marketing activities.

Track competitor activity and identify new content opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyze social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, leads).

Share reports with insights and recommendations.

Use social listening to monitor feedback and optimize strategies.

Requirements

Mandatory : Proven experience in Healthcare Marketing (minimum 1 year).

2–3 years of social media management experience (agency background preferred).

Strong command of content writing, visual storytelling, and digital trends.

Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer / Hootsuite, analytics tools .

Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus.

Creative mindset, ability to handle multiple brands, and strong attention to detail.
