Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive vendor management and business development initiatives, ensuring seamless vendor onboarding, compliance, and collaboration.
Responsibility :
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential vendors to expand the recruitment / staffing network.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the vendor onboarding process for smooth integration into company systems.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new vendor opportunities and trends.
- Ensure vendor contracts and relationships comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.5+ years of experience in business development or vendor management.Proven experience with vendor networks in recruitment.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Skills Required
