We’re Hiring : Operations Manager – Energy Events

Location : Delhi, India

Industry : Exhibitions & Conferences

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to join our client's team and help lead the delivery of major global energy exhibitions and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational planning for conferences and exhibitions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Production)
  • Deliver operational excellence — on time, within budget and with strong ROI
  • Lead technical operations : HSE, security, signage, feature areas, logistics
  • Conduct site visits, vendor negotiations, and full tender processes
  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support the wider operations team as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in large-scale events and temporary structures
  • Strong commercial mindset with budget management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
  • Skilled in MS Office; Monday.com / Smartsheet exposure is an advantage
  • AutoCAD and IOSH certification preferred
