Job Title : ServiceNow Administrator – ITSM Focus

About the Role
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Administrator experienced in IT Service Management (ITSM) to manage, configure, and support our ServiceNow platform. You’ll ensure the system runs smoothly, aligns with ITIL best practices, and supports continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).
- Configure workflows, catalog items, and automations using Flow Designer and scripting.
- Manage users, roles, and access controls.
- Perform upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track ITSM metrics.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align platform functionality with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.4+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles.Experience with scripting (JavaScript / Glide) and integrations (REST / SOAP).Certifications : ServiceNow CSA (required); ITSM Implementation Specialist or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
