Key Responsibility
Counsel students / candidates about available courses and career options.
Handle walk-ins calls and online inquiries promptly.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly admission targets.
Maintain records of inquiries follow-ups and conversions in CRM / ERP.
Explain course details fees and payment options clearly.
Coordinate with the finance team for fee collection and documentation.
Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
Support marketing campaigns through calling and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Participate in admission drives events and promotional activities.
Share daily reports and updates with the Center Manager.
Maintain discipline punctuality and professionalism always.
Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration Marketing or any relevant field .
Additional certification in Sales Counseling or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
1 years of experience in tele-counseling inside sales student enrollment or customer relationship roles preferably in the EdTech or Training industry .
Proven experience in meeting or exceeding admissions or sales targets .
