- Analyze trends in claim rejections, denials, and delays to implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and optimize results.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, productivity, and outcomes to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in US healthcare and medical billing processes.
- Foster a positive work environment to maintain high team morale and employee retention.
