The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR functions, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The specialist will also support organizational development and employee training initiatives.QualificationsStrong understanding and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR managementKnowledge of HR policies and employee benefits administrationPersonnel management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience in compliance with labor laws and regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus
