Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage HubSpot CRM work flow , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Generate and analyze reports / dashboards to provide insights into marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and sales performance.
  • Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, form and email creation,  automation workflows, maintance of workflow, automation template, general hubspot maintanance.
  • Maintain and track customer interactions in HubSpot, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a delivery tracker and ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Provide support in customer lifecycle management , including onboarding, retention, and engagement tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to data compliance and best practices within HubSpot

Requirements

Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM data management, reporting, and automation .
  • Exposure to marketing operations (campaign setup, workflows, lead tracking).
  • Ability to track and monitor customer and delivery performance through HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create custom reports & dashboards .
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
