Title : Process Excellence Manager
Job Summary :
As a Process Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our Global Business Services (GBS) organization striving to reach world class standards within GBS. Based in our Bangalore GCC, you will support global transformation projects, working closely with cross-regional finance teams to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and embed a culture of operational excellence- utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven professional with a passion for process improvement and a strong understanding of GBS / GCC operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will not have direct reports but will influence and collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver impactful change.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead global and regional initiatives to streamline and optimize finance-related GCC including GBS processes (e.g., RTR, STP, PTC) ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate Lean workshops and Kaizen events to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Contribute to transition and transformation projects within GBS and GCC
Analyze process performance data to uncover inefficiencies, trends, and root causes.
Translate business needs and customer feedback into actionable insights and improvement plans.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive adoption of best practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching GCC teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
Liaise with Data CoE teams and ensure GCC KPIs are properly managed
Ensure alignment with global GCC / GBS strategy, governance, and finance transformation goals.
Requirements :
University degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green, preferably Black Belt) or Project Management are required
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in operational excellence, within a Finance, GBS / GCC environment,
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Record to Report, Source to Pay, Prospect to Cash).
Proven track record of executing CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, VSM, or similar methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and time zones.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
High level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
