Statistical R Lead Job

The primary function of this role is to oversee and guide the execution of end-to-end clinical reporting projects using R, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

This position involves guiding team members in Package development and Shiny app development at an enterprise grade level. The ideal candidate will design and manage Shiny dashboards, internal tools, and reusable functions / packages.

In addition, the lead will be responsible for overseeing SAS-to-R migration, translating legacy code with accurate validation, and defining standardized R programming frameworks.

Key responsibilities include automating and optimizing existing processes and applications, ensuring quality control, test coverage, and adherence to project specifications.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding Agile execution, client communications, and technical direction. Additionally, they will support model lifecycle activities including deployment, version control, and monitoring.

Mentorship and guidance of team members for growth and development are also essential aspects of this role.
