Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team, with flexibility for remote work or on-site presence as needed.

Role Description

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers / clients to understand role requirements, hiring needs and timelines.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies (remote and on-site) to attract talent including passive. candidates, using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and industry events.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of talent acquisition / full-cycle recruitment experience

Skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience in the

recruitment consulting industry

is a plus
