Manage enterprise-grade storage infrastructure to support scalability and performance.Evaluate and implement storage solutions as per evolving business needs.Cloud Platform Management (AWS)
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on AWS.Implement cost management, security, and auto-scaling practices for cloud workloads.Office 365 & Google Workspace Administration
Oversee the day-to-day administration of Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace.Ensure seamless user experience, integrations, and support across platforms.Technical Support & Team Leadership
Lead a high-performing IT support team, driving SLA adherence and user satisfaction.Implement and enhance support systems, ticketing workflows, and knowledge bases.Security & Compliance
Work closely with the Information Security team to enforce security best practices across all systems.Ensure IT operations align with industry regulations, internal policies, and audit standards.Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with business units to identify IT needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service contracts.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).1015 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.Hands-on experience with server / network / storage architecture, backup solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS).Strong expertise in Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.Proven ability to lead technical support teams and deliver excellent user experience.Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor negotiation skills.Relevant certifications preferred :AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectMicrosoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateITIL, CCNA, or equivalentWhat We Offer :
