Program Manager -Gen AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI products. You will work at the intersection of engineering, data science, product, and compliance to drive innovation, ensure responsible AI practices, and deliver scalable solutions that delight users.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Program Leadership : Own end-to-end delivery of Gen AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment and post-launch optimization.

Technical Oversight : Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to manage model lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with product managers, UX designers, legal, and business stakeholders to align goals and timelines.

Risk & Issue Management : Identify technical and operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Metrics & Reporting : Define and track KPIs such as model performance, latency, user engagement, and hallucination rates.

Experience :

• Overall, 15-20 years of experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in AI / ML or software product development
• 2-3 years of Strong understanding of GenAI technologies (LLMs, transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering)
• 5+ years of Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (Azure)
• 8+ years of Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub
