The role is part of the finance centre of excellence and will be an expert in any one or more areas of finance including financial planning & analysis, reporting & compliance, performance management and business analytics. This is a tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business units overall results.
Responsibilities
- Within the array of activities defined below, the role holder will be responsible for activities aligned to their respective finance function (financial planning & analysis, reporting & compliance, performance management and business analytics)
- Proactively identify business drivers to support the budget and forecast assumptions.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification efforts in reporting, financial processes, and tools.
- Review / preparation of board meeting deck and presentation to board
- Liase with statutory auditors of respective entity
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting of business performance, driving strategic insights for performance improvement
- Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders for accurate, timely reporting of business financials (MIS)
- Responsible for preparing the cash flow statement and capex for business reporting

Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist or Financial AnalystFamiliarity with finance and statistical analysis softwareDeep domain knowledge of different finance areas like planning & analysis, compliance, financial reporting.Functional knowledge of softwares and analytical tools will be helpful (SAP, MS Office, PowerBI)Management Reporting & Presentation Skills, Communication Skills will be helpfulSkills Required
